We want someone who is clean and tidy in appearance, as we work in homes in which clients are living – someone who is an excellent communicator, as he/she will be working directly with clients and other employees on the job, i.e. apprentices and helpers. We want someone who knows how to write, as he/she will be working with Change Orders and Daily Log Reports. We want someone who is familiar with supervising sub-contractors. We want someone who will enforce our Company policy on the job, and who is familiar with UBC, CA Building Code and Santa Cruz County Planning Department.

We are a Santa Cruz County remodeling and general contractor based in Aptos Village. We handle projects from small to large, including service and handyman work. We work both inside and outside.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who enjoys their work and the people with whom they work. Whiners need not apply.

A person in this position must have a truck with lumber racks and a full compliment of tools, a sense of urgency (no snails), is DRUG FREE and DOES NOT ABUSE ALCOHOL, and has a clean driving record. A DMV report will be required.

Starting hourly pay begins from $22 - $28 depending on experience, with an opportunity for advancement.

We are looking for a Mid-level Carpenter who

• is motivated to work,
• is a self starter,
• has high degree of integrity,
• has a minimum of three years experience in the construction industry,
• has the necessary tools and a truck ready to use.

We are looking for someone who

• is clean and tidy in appearance, as we work in homes in which clients are living,
• has a positive attitude,
• enjoys their work and the people with whom they work,
• is DRUG FREE, and has a clean driving record. A DMV report will be required

Starting rate begins $15 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, with an opportunity for advancement.

We are looking for a Laborer/Junior Carpenter who

• is motivated to work and learn, as we will provide on-the-job training,
• is clean and tidy in appearance; as we work inside of homes in which clients are living,
• has a clean driving record, as you will be driving our dump truck to different locations, a (DMV report will be required),
• is DRUG FREE and DOES NOT ABUSE ALCOHOL,
• has a positive and cooperative attitude,
• enjoys their work and the people with whom they work

Starting hourly pay begins from $10 to $15 depending on experience, with an opportunity for advancement.
