I want to thank you for my beautiful new decking. It was a great experience compared to our remodel experience. Ernesto and his partner were such hard workers. They never stopped, barely took a half hour for lunch. They were always polite and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Ernesto knew what he was doing and always asked how I wanted the construction done. You can’t even compare his work to the carpenter who originally built the decks. It was interesting to see how it’s supposed to be done. In fact my husband would come home from work everyday and say “Wow! So that’s the way it’s supposed to look.” He was really happy. If we ever get to the point of repairing the damage to our house from the first construction job we’ll give you a call. Thank you also for always keeping in touch with me and letting me know what and when things would happen. My decks are beautiful!

Dear Everybody, We want to thank you for the magnificent work you have done for "the cabin". The design, execution and advice were first class. It came out better than either of us would have thought possible. We will not attempt to name all of the Michael Mills people and subs who contributed to the project for fear of leaving somebody out, so please — everybody should consider themselves thanked.

This letter is to send all of you my heartfelt thanks for the work and attentiveness you have shown in renovating my former home. Yes, although it is now a rental I still regard it with considerable thought and want it to be as comfortable and efficient for my present tenants as it formerly was for me. And you have helped bring that about with your fine team. I thank you for that and will highly recommend you to others as well as proudly say you did an excellent job.
It was a pleasure doing business with you especially at this distance with your fine communication efforts. You initiated a great measure of trust in our telephone conversations which I felt very early in our plans. I especially want to comment on Otis’ skills in that respect and he represents a wonderful model for your company. And Ernesto has made a great friend with my tenant! She commented on his concerns and efforts to make the situation while under construction workable.
